  Today I walked into the shop looking for a gift for a friend who loves sewing. I walked in the door and was greeted by Charlotte with a very unfriendly "what do you need?" Not only did she not have anything for sale, but the attitude I got from her made me feel incredibly unwelcome. I will not be going back to this place for any purchases or services.

  I'm only giving one star because I need to, in order to put up my review!!!Highly upset with the Service in this place. I dropped off my daughters flower girl dress for alterations, I was told the dress will be ready Wednesday,it wasn't ready. I called on Thursday the woman said the dress would be ready in an hour, I went in 3 hours later the dress was still not ready! She asked if I can come back in an hour, which was very inconvenient being that I don't live in town. She called me around 9 pm to go get the dress,she said I had to get it tonight because she was closed for the weekend...I made it clear the wedding was out of town and I needed it before a certain date!!and **the straps were put on backwards and one strap was twisted the wrong way!!**STOP BOOKING MORE THAN YOU CAN MANAGE!!!
