  We had an awesome experience like usual. Andrew Marinelli is awesome. Really knows what hes doing. We will always go to the Plainville Store. Thanks Andrew!!

  Bought a phone, phone did not work for two days, thought it was something to do with the settings...but the phone was faulty. They would not replace it! Said "there was nothing they could do"...said I had to go to Apple Store or pay a restocking fee. They sold faulty merchandise for $700 with no customer service when it did not work. Not satisfied at all and even though it says AT&T on the sign it's not a true AT&T store, it's privately owned....which I found deceiving. Signage should be illegal. Will never go back here! AT&T store in west farms mall (an official AT&T store) was much more helpful and they aren't even the one who sold me the phone.
